Broker Notes:  Range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas grill out-back, washer & dryer, and pool table all stays. There was some ice-buildup noted on the back of the fridge in the kitchen when the home was cleaned. They had Home Appliance out to look at it and they said there was nothing they could do to remedy it. Sellers just wanted to disclose that issue.
